When you ask a question

The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, message, inquiry topic, source page, submission time and your consent to a response. Erik Miller uses this information to review and respond to your request. Please do not include sensitive financial documents, Social Security numbers or bank information.

How information is stored and used

Inquiries are stored in the website’s database (Supabase) and copied to Erik’s customer relationship system (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), which delivers his replies and follow-ups. Hosting providers process data to operate the site. Sending a question starts a short series of helpful follow-up emails from Erik, and text messages if you provided a phone number. You can end them at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in any email; message and data rates may apply. Directory submissions are reviewed before any business information is published.

Technical information

The website uses a short-lived hash derived from the request IP address and time window to limit spam. These counters are cleared after expiry during subsequent submissions. Hosting services may maintain operational logs. The site uses cookie-free, aggregated page analytics (Vercel Analytics), and also Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure how the site is used and how well its advertising works. Those two set their own cookies and receive the page you viewed, general technical details such as browser and approximate location, and the name of an action you took — for example that an inquiry was sent, whether it came from a buyer or from an agent or dealer, or that a phone link was tapped. They never receive anything you type: your name, email, phone number and message go only to Erik and to the systems described above. The private lead inbox sets one passcode cookie for the administrator only.

Links and listing images

Listing photographs may load from third-party image servers, which receive ordinary browser connection information. When you visit a listing, manufacturer or lender website, that provider’s privacy policy applies.

Your requests

For access, correction or deletion requests, contact erik.miller@patriothomemortgage.com. We may need to verify your identity. Information may need to be retained for applicable recordkeeping obligations. This site has no automated retention deletion schedule.

Loan applications

This website’s inquiry form is not a secure mortgage application. Applications started through Patriot Home Mortgage are governed by its own privacy policy.
